Our 14-day “use it” guarantee

Our kits are digital, so you get them instantly. If you have used your kit and it has not helped your business, email hello@bookandblush.com within 14 days of purchase. Tell us what you tried and we will refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider. They usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

UK and EU customers

By law you can cancel a digital purchase within 14 days, but that right ends once the download starts, if you agreed to immediate access at checkout. Our guarantee above still applies.

Misuse

We may decline refunds where kit files have been shared or resold against the licence.
